30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with KaraokeSmith for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll issue a full refund – no questions asked. Your license key will be deactivated upon refund.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@karaokesmith.com with your order/transaction ID (included in your purchase confirmation email from Paddle). We'll process your refund within 2 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
After 30 Days
Refund requests submitted after 30 days of purchase are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We're a small operation and will always try to be reasonable – just reach out and explain the situation.
